Short project description
The main objective of this project was to train 50 young job seekers/per year, in Berat Region ( with focus on rural zones, from which 40% women and 30% returned emigrants), on Tourism Hospitality combining basic knowledge of professional competences with green/digital skills. This project have began on March 2024 and is closed at the end of May 2026.
Through this project, we want to empower young unemployed people and unemployed women, in particular(40% of the participants), and returned emigrants(about 30% of the participants) by offering them new professional training in the field of hospitality, including green, digital skills elements that would help them for job opportunities or self-employment. During the training program, which will include a 2 months period of time with respective modules of training, two coaches have been support the trainees. These two months training combined 30% theory and 70% on job training. Some mouth agreements in advance have been made by RDAB with the private tourism business sector, referring on job training of the trainees.
